Refunds & Cancellations

By purchasing a tarot reading service or coaching call with Jacqueline Shadoff on the BeyondMagick website, you are agreeing to to provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. You agree that if you don’t reschedule or cancel with a minimum of 24 hours notice or if you show up more than 10 minutes late for the session, it will be considered a no show, and you will lose your session and will not receive a full or partial refund for the session.

By purchasing a coaching call with Jacqueline Shadoff on the BeyondMagick website, you are agreeing to to provide at least 72 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. You agree that if you don’t reschedule or cancel with a minimum of 72 hours notice or if you show up more than 10 minutes late for the session, it will be considered a no show, and you will lose your session and will not receive a full or partial refund for the session.

You understand that if you are late to your tarot reading session or coaching call, this counts toward your session time and you will not be given more time for your session.

By purchasing a tarot reading service or booking a coaching call, you understand and agree that unless specifically advertised and highlighted on a registration page, checkout page or during an information call, there are no refunds or partial refunds on any
programs, private 1on1 sessions, packages of 1on1 sessions, tarot readings, or other services purchased from or completed by Jacqueline Shadoff or BeyondMagick.
